Playlist Push are the best in my opinion There are a lot of low activity playlists but I have got onto enough good ones to make the service work for me.

More expensive than other services but 100% worth it if the music you're promoting is at a professional level and can fit in a particular genre.

Really like the overall feel of the layout in submitting my music . the responses are genuine as well
